Alabama Appraisers

2 years ago the Director of the appraisal board got her feelings hurt and she put me out of business. 
Of course, I thought I could overcome it, as soon a judge threw out the revocation.  But  she
sent my name to the secret mortgage organization that is federal entity, that will not allow you
to question or defend yourself.  They say they do not have to tell you anything, you are on the blacklist.
AND they are going to tell everyone that., they will not tell you why you are on the list.  
But having a person in charge of a profession that has no knowledge of how it works is the problem.  
I know that nobody wanted the job and the governor thought well it is only the appraisal board how 
important can that be.  And the slaughter began, the theory appeared to be that of a Sheppard.
His responsibility was to oversee his herd, and then decides he is going to 
BBQ the sheep so the wolf will not get them. 

If you want to see the worst case of over promotion take a look at this, A secretary
was promoted from a postion she was good at, to a position that was way out of her ability.

So now I am going to do the following,  I am going to WAR for the appraisal profession.  
I am not asking for members to this union at this time. You do not need your name on here, 
maybe later when we get things turned around a bit.

Before this was going to be a polite fight, but the rules changed.  I am going to be screaming 
from building tops about slaughter, the taxation with no representation.

Governor Riley has approved the plan to CHARGE PEOPLE to go to work in Alabama AND
NOT ONLY THAT BUT CHARGE PEOPLE TO HIRE someone.  I do not think the Governor is
aware of the situation in the appraisal board.  But, it is happening on his watch.  So Far
 Governor Bentley has done nothing to improve the situation. We will 
see if he is a man of honor and stands for all Alabama.

Counties Needing multi appraisers

Alabama is the only State in the country that charges a tax on appraisers to hire a person to work as a trainee and learn the profession. AND Also charge the person to learn. the Govenor may not have known what is going on but it is on his watch, and he will soon know. As will Washington, and every state in the union.

After the way the Governor has sold out the entire profession of real estate appraisers, I have little faith. He was shunned by President Obama. And is now charging an appraiser $200 to train a person for a job and he is charging the person that wants to learn a new job $200 also. THIS IS ABOVE ALL application fees...THE ONLY STATE IN THE UNION THAT CHARGES THEIR APPRAISERS TO GIVE SOMEONE A JOB. The appraisal Board Staff in my opinion is lead by the totally incompetent, a secretary that knows nothing of appraisals , and can not even keep up with a month newsletter, now it is quarterly... 100 years from now they Will Still be saying the BEST THING TO COME OUT OF CLAY COUNTY is those light green, yellow meated watermelons..................JUNE 5TH 2010

Now we have New State Leader, I am watching to see if he is an honorable man, I hope so. May 2011 .
