An appraiser sent in a report with the requested Arial photo to report done in Auguest.. Equifax sent this letter.

On 9/1/2011 we switched to the new UAD format for certain reports. Since this happened sending reports to this email is no longer a valid way of submitting your reports. Reports must be uploaded through the Equifax Settlement Services website as a final report.

APPRAISER As I said earlier, I went to your link and tried to download it my software protection said it was dangerous, SO if you want me to download the software please sign and fax a letter taking responsibility for any damage to my computer and and loss of work and possible client loss due the lack of a working computer. In the event the computer is damaged and out of commission Equifax agrees to pay $1,500 a day until such time that the computer is working properly and all orders are caught up. My cousin on my mothers side is the only one I trust to work on my computer and he will be back in a few weeks. Jethro is scared to fly and he does not like trains. So he hitches everywhere he goes. I keep telling him that wearing the military outfit and carrying his personals in a shotgun case may be delaying his travel time. But I am sure a big company like yourself will not mind paying while he comes home and studies up to work the computer. Ranting a beautiful thing. Have a great Labor day.. APPRAISER YOU are running THE appraisers into a corner and you are not going to like it. Southlandappraisersunion.com is setting a boycott of JP Morgan and affiliates from Nov 15 to march 15th.. We are not going to do their work , I would strongly suggest that you form a more reasonable policy in reference to dealing with the appraisers, I do not think THE -You are my Bitch thing, is working...

APPRAISER Dear Equifax on 9/01/2011 I did not switch over to your system. I never agreed to any such act nor do I intend to be forced to use your system. SO, I wonder why you have sent me this same message for 6 straight times. AFTER another email saying I have to sign up; I replied, IF the appraisers stand together and get the attention if the JP Morgan Chase group. It will be a step toward the respect we deserve.
